Recipe Name: Creamy Chicken and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 250g cocktail tomatoes, halved
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 500g potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 200ml cream
- 150g creme fraiche
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
5. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, creme fraiche, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
6. In a baking dish, layer the cooked chicken, potatoes, cocktail tomatoes, and chopped spring onions.
7. Pour the cream mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are cooked through.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy chicken and potato bake!
