Creamy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, heavy cream, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and center is cooked through.

5. Serve warm and enjoy!
