Recipe Name: Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated carrot to the skillet, and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked and shredded chicken, salt, and rice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
6. Pour the egg and cream cheese mixture into the skillet with the chicken and rice, stirring to combine.
7. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
