Recipe Name: Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Brussel sprouts, halved
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Brussel sprouts, frozen peas, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, potatoes, onion, and broccoli.
3. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the rice is cooked through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy chicken and vegetable casserole!
