Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups of uncooked pasta
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the carrots and peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the pasta and stir to combine.
5. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
