Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cabbage, carrot, and mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooking cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cumin and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
