Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 kohlrabi, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the minced garlic, kohlrabi, and carrots to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
4. Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for another few minutes until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a couple of minutes until slightly thickened.
