Make Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 12 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, bell pepper, and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are softened.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
5. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy chicken mixture. Stir well to combine.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta and mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
