Make Creamy Chicken Pasta
Recipe Name: Creamy Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
