Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, dividing it evenly among the four breasts.
5. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with a little more salt and pepper.
6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
8. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet around the chicken breasts.
