Ingredients:
- 200g pasta (any variety)
- 2 eggs
- 200g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the eggs: In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Sauté the paneer: In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and sauté until they turn golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.

6. Combine the ingredients: Add the cooked pasta, scrambled eggs, and sautéed paneer to the pan with the sauce. Gently toss everything together until the pasta and paneer are well coated with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve: Transfer the creamy egg and paneer pasta to serving plates or bowls. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy while hot!
