Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or any cheese of your choice)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in the grated cheese until melted and well combined.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve the creamy garlic chicken pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
