Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

5. Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine with the garlic.

6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

7. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Make sure the chicken is coated evenly.

8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

9. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
