Ingredients:
- 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup bacon cubes

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the grated Gouda and cheddar cheeses to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
4. In a large skillet, cook the bacon cubes until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the cheese and egg mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the cheese sauce.
7. Stir in the whipped cream and cooked bacon cubes.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
