Creamy Mandarin Macaroni

Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, frozen corn, oat milk, spinach, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until combined.

4. Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.

5. Pour macaroni mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

6. Top with mandarin oranges.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Serve and enjoy!
