Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cream of mushroom soup to the skillet and stir until well combined.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. In a greased baking dish, spread the cooked rice evenly on the bottom.
8. Pour the beef and mushroom mixture over the rice.
9. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
