Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
