Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
