Make Creamy Mushroom Beef Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
- 4 beef thin sirloin steaks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, heavy whipping cream, and softened cream cheese. Mix well until smooth.
3. Season the beef thin sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
4. In a shallow dish, beat the eggs.
5. In another shallow dish, mix together the flour and cornstarch.
6. Take each beef thin sirloin steak and dip it first in the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture.
7. Lay out each coated steak and spread a generous amount of the creamy mushroom mixture on top.
8. Roll up each steak and secure with toothpicks.
9. Place the rolled-up steaks in the greased baking dish.
10. Pour any remaining creamy mushroom mixture over the top of the steaks.
11. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
13. Serve the creamy mushroom beef roll-ups hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
