Recipe: Creamy Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo with Steak and Scallions
Ingredients:
- Handmade fettuccine
- Alfredo sauce
- Steak
- Mushrooms
- Scallions
- Garlic
- Over easy egg
Instructions:
1. Cook the handmade fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, cook the steak to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
3. In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the mushrooms, scallions, and garlic until softened and fragrant.
4. Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan with the mushrooms and scallions.
5. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the fettuccine and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
6. Slice the steak and place it on top of the fettuccine.
7. In a separate pan, cook an over easy egg.
8. Place the over easy egg on top of the steak.
