Ingredients:
- 200g pasta of your choice
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add the cubed paneer to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the paneer and stir to combine.
