Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb meat (chicken, beef, or pork), diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, sliced

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced meat and cook until browned.
3. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
