Recipe: Creamy Pasta with Meat and Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1 cup creme fraiche
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cooked meat of your choice (such as chicken, beef, or sausage)
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomato and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened.
4. Stir in the cooked meat and season with salt to taste.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the creme fraiche and eggs until well combined.
6. Pour the creme fraiche mixture over the meat and vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
