Creamy Potato and Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
- 2 cups cooked cabbage, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

4. Add flour and whisk until combined.

5. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened.

6. Add salt and pepper and stir to combine.

7. Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring until melted.

8. In the prepared baking dish, layer potatoes and cabbage.

9. Pour cheese sauce over the top and spread evenly.

10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

11. Serve warm. Enjoy!
