Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or any preferred type)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked pork, shredded
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Using an immersion blender, puree the potatoes and broth until smooth.
4. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
5. Add the parsley, tomato paste, and dill, stirring to incorporate.
6. Mix in the cooked chicken, pork, rice, and chopped onion.
7. Simmer the soup for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
8. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the sour cream until fully blended.
9. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley or cheese if desired.
