Creamy Radish and Tofu Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup cooked white rice
-1/2 cup cubed firm tofu
-1/2 cup shredded cabbage
-1/2 cup thinly sliced radish
-1/2 cup milk
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cabbage and radish and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add the milk. Simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
