Recipe Name: Creamy Salmon and Corn Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon pieces and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and corn kernels. Cook for a few minutes until the corn is slightly charred.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta and salmon back to the skillet with the corn. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and toss everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce is creamy and the salmon is cooked through.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
