Creamy Salmon and Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces cooked salmon, flaked
- 8 ounces cooked pasta

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the spinach, salt, and pepper and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.

3. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.

4. Add the cooked salmon and cooked pasta and stir until everything is combined and heated through.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
