Creamy Sauerkraut and Breaded Goat Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta of your choice
- 4 ounces of breaded goat cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

3. Add the sauerkraut and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cream and stir until combined.

5. Add the cooked pasta and stir until combined.

6. Add the breaded goat cheese and stir until combined.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
