Recipe Name: Creamy Sausage and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 cup сметана (sour cream)
- 1/4 cup мука (flour)
- 1 cup молоко (milk)
- 6 сосиски (sausages), sliced
- 1 tsp соль (salt)
- 1 tsp сахар (sugar)
- 4 картошка (potatoes), peeled and sliced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together сметана, мука, молоко, соль, and сахар until well combined.
3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
4. Place half of the sliced сосиски on top of the potatoes.
5. Pour half of the сметана mixture over the sausages and potatoes.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, сосиски, and сметана mixture.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
