- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
