Creamy Spinach and Cheese Pasta


- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked pasta and cheese to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Serve the creamy spinach and cheese pasta warm. Enjoy!
