Recipe Name: Creamy Tomato and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup champignons, sliced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon starch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of rocula
- Grated cheese for topping

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, sauté the onions until translucent. Add in the diced tomato and sliced champignons. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk with starch until well combined.
4. Pour the milk mixture into the pan with the vegetables. Stir well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine with the sauce.
7. Serve the creamy tomato and mushroom pasta hot, topped with a handful of rocula and grated cheese.
