Recipe Name: Creamy Tomato and Vegetable Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup noodles
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cream sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- Handful of basil, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, boil the diced potatoes until they are tender, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
4. Add in the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
5. Stir in the cooked rice, oats, noodles, and boiled potatoes.
6. Crack the egg into the skillet and stir continuously until the egg is cooked and well incorporated.
7. Season with salt and add the cream sauce, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
8. Finally, sprinkle the chopped parsley and basil over the top and give it a final stir.
9. Serve the creamy tomato and vegetable rice bowl hot, garnished with some extra herbs if desired. Enjoy!
