Recipe Name: Creamy Tomato Fish Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 frozen fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Add the frozen fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

4. Stir in the canned diced tomatoes and milk. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Add the creme fraiche and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Add the fresh spinach and corn kernels to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted.

7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy tomato sauce.

8. Serve the creamy tomato fish pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
