Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup noodles
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cream sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- Handful of basil, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
4. Stir in the cream sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. In a separate pot, boil the diced potatoes until they are fork-tender.
6. Drain the potatoes and toss them with chopped parsley and basil.
7. In a small bowl, beat the egg and mix in the oats. Form small patties and cook them in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
8. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
9. To assemble, place a serving of rice on a plate, top with the creamy tomato sauce, herb-infused potatoes, and the egg-oat patties.
10. Garnish with some extra parsley and basil before serving.
