Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup pimiento, diced
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, diced

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pimiento and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
