Ingredients:
- 1 cup creme fraiche
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cooked meat of your choice (such as chicken, beef, or sausage)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the creme fraiche and eggs until well combined.
3. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Heat some olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the diced tomato and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
6. Add the cooked meat to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and meat in the skillet.
