Recipe Name: Creamy Vegetable Rice Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and zucchini, and sauté until they start to soften.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and pour in the heavy cream. Stir everything together until well combined.
6. Gently fold in the sliced cucumber and diced avocado. Season with salt to taste.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
