Recipe Name: Crispy Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
2. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere the coating to the chicken.
4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
6. Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Check the internal temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer - it should read 165°F (74°C) to ensure it is fully cooked.
8. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
9. Serve the crispy air fryer chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
