Make Crispy Baked Salmon with Jalapeno Mayo

Recipe Name: Crispy Baked Salmon with Jalapeno Mayo

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the crushed corn flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of each salmon fillet.
5. Press the mayonnaise-coated side of the salmon fillets into the crushed corn flakes, coating them evenly.
6. Place the coated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
7. In another small bowl, mix together the chopped jalapeno peppers with the remaining mayonnaise.
8. Spread the jalapeno mayo mixture on top of each salmon fillet.
9. Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the corn flakes are crispy.
11. Serve the crispy baked salmon with jalapeno mayo alongside the roasted asparagus. Enjoy!
