Crispy Cabbage Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Place the chicken cubes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the flour to the bowl and mix until the chicken cubes are evenly coated.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown.
6. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Transfer the chicken and cabbage to a baking dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
