Make Crispy Chicken and Egg Stir Fry
Recipe Name: Crispy Chicken and Egg Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Stir fry the marinated chicken until cooked and slightly crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Add a bit more oil to the pan and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and stir fry until they start to soften.
6. Return the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs to the pan. Mix everything together and cook for another minute.
7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
