- Eggs

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together grated cheese, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
3. Dip the chicken wings in beaten eggs, then coat them with the cheese mixture.
4. Place the coated chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
5. While the chicken wings are baking, peel and chop the potatoes and sweet potatoes. Boil them in a pot of salted water until tender.
