Crispy Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the corn flour in a shallow dish.

4. Dip the chicken breasts in the corn flour to coat.

5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.

7. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet and top with the cherry tomatoes.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
