Recipe Name: Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Place the flour in another shallow bowl and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dip each chicken thigh into the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour, shaking off any excess.
5. Carefully place the coated chicken thighs into the hot oil and fry for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove the chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy fried chicken!
