Make Crispy Onion and Potato Fritters

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions, grated potatoes, wheat flour, rice flour, gram flour, salt, red chili powder, and cumin seeds.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture and mix well until you have a thick batter consistency.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
4. Take spoonfuls of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
5. Fry the fritters until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
6. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
7. Serve the crispy onion and potato fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney. Enjoy!
