Make Crispy Taro Fritters

Recipe Name: Crispy Taro Fritters

Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated taro
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated taro, eggs, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Take a spoonful of the taro mixture and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Flatten it slightly with the back of the spoon.
4. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
6. Serve the crispy taro fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
