Recipe Name: Crispy Watermelon Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 small watermelon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes, removing the rind and any seeds. Pat the watermelon cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until smooth.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (180°C).

5. Dip each watermelon cube into the milk and egg mixture, then coat it in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

6. Carefully place the coated watermelon cubes into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

7. Fry the watermelon cubes for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

8. Serve the crispy watermelon bites hot as a unique and delicious appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
