Recipe Name: Crispy Watermelon Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 small seedless watermelon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes, removing the rind and any seeds.

2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

4. Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (180°C).

6. Dip each watermelon cube first in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

7. Next, dip the coated watermelon cube into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

8. Finally, coat the cube in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

9. Carefully place the coated watermelon cubes into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.

10. Fry the watermelon bites for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

11. Using a slotted spoon, remove the crispy watermelon bites from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

12. Serve the crispy watermelon bites hot as a unique and delicious appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
